Available Shift:
Every Monday and Friday - 2 days a week.

8am to 2pm - 6 hours

Essential Functions:


  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document administration accurately.
  • Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
  • Drive clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
  • Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the care plan.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Follow all resident rights policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the supervisor.

Skills, Education and Certifications:


  • Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus+
  • Hospice experience is a plus+
  • Empathy, compassion and kindness a MUST
  • Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations.
  • Must be reliable, dependable and on time.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Current Physical, PPD, CPR and First Aid.
  • Reliable Transportation, preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work under supervision of the agency supervisor.
