    Position: Full-Time Prep Cook

    Location: Columbus, OH

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, Sundays

    Hours: Full Time

    Hourly Rate: Starting at $17.00

    Job Summary:

    Prep Cook assists the Chef Manager with daily tasks, station set up, and utility responsibilities. Ensures a clean working environment and dining area for customers, serving as the frontline impression for visitors. This hands-on role demands speed, efficiency, and top-notch customer service.

    Essential Functions and Key Tasks:

    • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware
    • Prepare various foods by washing, peeling, cutting, mixing, and cooking
    • Monitor food preparation to ensure quality, taste, and safety
    • Bake, roast, broil, and steam ingredients as necessary
    • Assist in stocking stations and carrying supplies
    • Remove trash, clean kitchen items, and inform management of any issues
    • Maintain cleanliness, follow safety standards, and provide excellent service
    • Support culinary staff and assist at multiple stations
    • Perform other duties as required

    Prep Cook Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior experience in food service and customer service

    Must be dependable, tidy, professional, and possess exceptional customer service skills - FRONT OF THE HOUSE POSITION
