The TAS AG is one of the largest family-owned service providers for customer dialogue in Germany.
With over 30 years of experience and our diverse team, we handle customer service via telephone, email, messenger, and chat for well-known companies and brands in Leipzig and nationwide, with the possibility of working from home.
We provide support and development for a customer service team that works on-site or virtually. This includes conducting team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions.We also ensure that project requirements are met according to the guidelines of project management and the shared goals of the company and client.
Our team also focuses on quality assurance for service, consultation, and sales conversations. We manage resources to ensure the qualitative and quantitative success of the project.Requirements:
- Commercial education or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in team management
- Experience in service centers, sales, or customer contact
- Strong customer and employee orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of written text
- Fluent in German.
