    Description

    Technical Support Specialist I at Denali Solutions

    The Technical Support Specialist I has a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of Denali's solutions across multiple locations. This position involves offering on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include problem diagnosis, solution implementation, and providing end-user training. It is essential for the Field Support Technician to have strong communication skills and technical expertise to deliver effective support in dynamic environments.

    Summary of Position:

    • Install, configure, and maintain Denali Solutions at customer locations
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions
    • Conduct on-site assessments for system compatibility and optimal performance
    • Provide training to client's staff on system operation and maintenance
    • Work with the engineering team to improve solutions based on client feedback
    • Maintain accurate documentation of installations and troubleshooting procedures
    • Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide technical support

    Work Environment:

    This position operates in a professional office setting using standard office equipment.

    Physical Demands:

    The role involves frequent communication with colleagues and clients, along with occasional movement within the office. Regular operation of office machinery is required, and occasional lifting of equipment weighing up to 25lbs.

    Required Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma
    • 1-3 years of Experience

    Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of experience in Hardware/Software/IT support
    • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
    • Strong troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Commitment to ongoing education and training
