For our location in Berlin, we are looking for a customer service representative (m/f/d) in the field of telecommunications.


Our offer:

Responsibilities:


  • Telephone and written customer support (order processing, warranty claims, complaints)
  • Operational support for cooperation partners
  • Escalation of complex issues to respective departments
  • Data entry and maintenance of customer, master, and movement data

Profile of a customer service representative:

  • Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Good computer and internet skills
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Flexibility with working hours, willingness to work in a 2shift system
