About us:

Feierwerk is a non-profit organization in the field of children and youth cultural work and operates four live stages in Munich as city-wide youth and scene cultural institutions, as well as six neighborhood-oriented leisure facilities for children, youth, and families. We also have a pop music center, an information center against right-wing extremism, a children's, youth, and scene radio, a multi-generational house, a family center, and a neighborhood meeting place. A focus of our work is also in non-formal education for children and youth, as well as in leisure, cultural, and media pedagogy.

Your tasks and areas of responsibility include:

Strategic and operational management and further development of the association, as well as representation and networking

Ensuring a broad strategic and future-oriented networking, in particular through contacts and cooperation with the city's political administration

Budget planning and business management

Acquisition of third-party funds, funding, and project
