- Are you organized and have a good attention to detail for project management timelines and budgets?
- Support and lead team in providing quality product deliverables with the ultimate customer service supporting the vision and purpose of the company.
- Will work cross functionally with project managers, c-suite, and sourcing managers to accomplish project and add value to your reporting team.
- Demonstrates a willingness to continually push for improvements, always willing to challenge the status quo.
- Ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to ALL safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure and hold teams accountable for each project's deliverables.
- Provide feedback on forecasted resource demand to ensure projects are staffed appropriately, with appropriate tooling, and executed efficiently and safely.
- Visit sites on a regular basis to ensure standards and culture are being met in the field.

- Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position.
- Working knowledge of data analysis, supply chain and performance/operation metrics.
