Description
Our
Customer Service Representative maintains a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with placing orders, managing account information, and resolving customer issues or concerns.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Hybrid (ability to work remotely a few days each week once trained)
Compensation
- Hourly Base ($15 $16)
- Plus $450 monthly bonus potential
What You'll Do:
- Cross/suggestive/upsell complimentary products and monthly marketing driven promotions
- Stay current on all products and services
- Run reports daily and/or weekly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete lead measure goals
Skills and Experience
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Order entry experience in a fast paced business environment preferred
- Ability to learn new topics and skills quickly
- Good telephone techniques, etiquette, and great organizational skills
