Description

Our
Customer Service Representative maintains a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with placing orders, managing account information, and resolving customer issues or concerns.


Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • Hybrid (ability to work remotely a few days each week once trained)

Compensation

  • Hourly Base ($15 $16)
  • Plus $450 monthly bonus potential

What You'll Do:


  • Cross/suggestive/upsell complimentary products and monthly marketing driven promotions
  • Stay current on all products and services
  • Run reports daily and/or weekly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Complete lead measure goals

Skills and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Order entry experience in a fast paced business environment preferred
  • Ability to learn new topics and skills quickly
  • Good telephone techniques, etiquette, and great organizational skills
