The Opportunity

Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you'll put your resourcefulness and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you'll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you'll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.

Overview of Adobe's Student Athlete Micro-Internship

The Personalization Platform builds develops new personalization technologies for multiple Adobe products and surfaces such as the corporate website. We work on a wide range of solution incorporate Generative AI, Machine Learning, Marketing Technology, and Analytics to help drive conversion and engagement goals for the company. As part of the product management team, you will help with one of these key projects focused on personalization attribution.

What you'll Do

• Work closely with product managers and analysts to measure the efficiency of personalization solutions and it's impact on the business.
• Develop a strong understanding of personalization technologies that include Adobe's own AI/ML and Experience Platform solutions.
• Present to leadership teams on personalization trends.
• Define and build a new methodology to for product management to automate attribution.

What you need to succeed

• Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December December 2026
• An interest in building product management skills through direct hands-on experience
• An analytic mind comfortable working with large data sets (e.g. web analytics)
• Experience working with different web technologies (developer experience is not required

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $ $30.00 hourly.
