As a People & Culture Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping our processes together.

You coordinate our organizational tasks, you are responsible for implementing processes and you act as a point of contact for our team.


That's what you're good at:

  • Responsibility for the overall operational applicant management recruiting process
  • Preparation of employment offers
  • Responsibility for our People & Culture shared mailboxes and maintaining our People & Culture calendar
  • Support in the organization of internal events and in the processing of internal enquiries
  • Support in the organization of job fairs and events as part of Talent Acquisition
  • You have initial professional experience in a People & Culture team with similar tasks
  • You work with great attention to detail and have an excellent eye for accuracy
  • You are familiar with applicant management systems, ideally you have already worked with Recruitee
  • You bring a lot of initiative, work in a structured manner and have a great passion for People & Culture topics
  • You can communicate (both verbally and in writing) in the English language. Bonus if you know German.
  • You can assist with payroll input and accounts payable
