We are rapidly growing - with locations in California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and Nevada, and new locations opening this year in Florida, New York, Northern California, Virginia and Texas.

WHO WE NEED:
We are looking for
an exceptional Regional Manager for our Southern California locations.

WHO YOU ARE:
Energetic and results-oriented, with strong sales performance, outstanding communication and leadership skills, attention to detail, and at least three years of medspa experience to be a part of our growing team

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Manage daily operations
Educate clients about treatment benefits
Deliver outstanding customer service
Set team goals and reinforce best practices
Lead a team of service providers and front desk associates
Oversee employee onboarding, training, scheduling, and time clock reports
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Maintain a clean and professional spa environment
Coordinate administrative tasks
