Responsibilities:

You will work closely with the Business Development teams to take on important tasks in customer and caregiver administration, consultation, training, and organization.

You will also have leadership responsibility for the employed caregivers.

Your tasks will include:

Conducting training and further education for potential caregivers to ensure their competence and resourceoriented deployment.
Contributing to and overseeing the caregiver and consultation process.
Ensuring the implementation of caregiver planning and documentation for billing with health insurance companies and other providers.
Organizing and accompanying initial appointments, as well as internal and external audits.
Conducting nursing consultations according to § 7a SGB XI.
Managing the establishment of quality management and ensuring compliance with legal requirements through quality assurance measures.
Incorporating current nursing and scientific knowledge into your daily work.
Being the first point of contact for caregivers and customers, both in terms of nursing management and the implementation of operational steps.
