We are currently seeking an experienced self-motivated Full Charge Bookkeeper with good positive energy to join our team with plenty of room for growth.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties for the company. The Full Charge Bookkeeper plays a significant and strategic role in the success of Net Shapes Inc.


Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger.
• Managing the full cycle of accounting activities.
• Gathering data on all state sales tax and filing, ensuring the integrity of sales tax data.
• Experience with AP/AR.
• Preparing financial statements.
• Bank Reconciliation, P&L reports, journal entries etc.
• Communicate and interact with crossdepartmental coworkers on accounting development.
• Support the supervisor on daytoday Accounting and Administration issues.
• Previous experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge in accounting or bookkeeping systems.
• Ability to work on strict deadlines.
• Attention to detail and Good Communication Skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

$ $32.00 per hour
