As a key member of The Bowery Mission team, the Front Desk Coordinator serves as a first point of contact for guests staff volunteers vendors and all other visitors creating a welcoming hospitable peaceful environment that affirms compassionate care individual dignity while supporting an exceptional standard of professionalism teamwork safety organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to grant or deny building access direct guests clients volunteers staff vendors provide administrative support across departments ensure all messages deliveries mail donations in-kind gifts are routed to the appropriate department team member meet internal external recordkeeping requirements standards uphold data integrity.
