About the Role:

This position is a permanent remote home-based worker.

Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States.

This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.


Where you come in:


  • Develop an enhanced diverse talent pipeline of talent needs (both fulltime and internship)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to identify talent needs as well as consult on best practices for interview processes on campus (Interview to Offer)
  • Create holistic University Engagement Plans by working closely with University Career Teams, Professors and Student Organizations oncampus
  • Lead registration, planning and scheduling of Career Fairs, Interview Days and Campus Events
  • Host events weekly virtually through Handshake or Symplicity to build Allstate's brand as a technology, purpose driven company reinventing protection (including Resume Reviews, Mock Interviews, Career Coaching, Coffee Chats, etc.)

Education and Experience:


  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)
  • 12 years' experience Campus Recruiting, Full cycle Recruiting or related field

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:


  • No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

What we need to see from you:

  • Proven track record of being detail-orientated and organized to complete multiple projects on multiple timelines
  • Confident, professional communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Sense of comfort in ambiguous situations where the question may be bigger than the answers given
  • Flexibility to travel locally up to 50% during peak Career Fair Season. August-October; January-April.

Compensation offered for this role is $59,250.00-$72,000.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
