Application Support Engineer (m/f/d)

starting from or later/earlier).

Your challenge

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation and further development of our tourism systems together with your team colleagues. You will work closely with various departments as well as with other IT teams within our company.

Your tasks

  • Contact person for technical support of server-based tourism applications
  • Ensuring a trouble-free operation by regularly monitoring server and software performance
  • Support in configuring our application landscape, including the installation of new upgrades and patches
  • Proactive identification and correction of errors in application-related incidents in the booking software
  • Responsibility for documentation and tracking of error correction and testing of solutions provided by development
  • Contact person for our departments and interface to external service providers and partners
  • Provision of tools
