Your Responsibilities:


  • 2ndlevel / 3rdlevel support
  • Recording all incoming support requests, processing and resolving them, and documenting them in the ticket system
  • Basic administration of the Active Directory (resetting passwords, unlocking users, standard permissions, moving clients to OU groups)
  • Basic administration tasks for networks and switches (linking individual PCs/machines, port configuration)
  • Installing and configuring client operating systems and software
  • Processing procurement requests
  • Analyzing malfunctions in the client and machine areas
  • Repairing defective components in the client and machine areas
  • Integration of machines and peripheral devices under cleanroom conditions
  • Installing
    IT work equipment and its peripherals (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, phones, mobile devices, etc.)
  • Assembling PCs from individual components
  • Removing
