Overview:

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of detailers, ensuring quality work and efficient operations
Sell services and respond to clints
Perform detailing tasks such as buffing, cleaning, and window tinting, help as needed
Train new detailers on proper techniques and procedures
Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of vehicle detailing
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Drive vehicles to and from designated areas as required

Experience:

Previous experience in custodial or detail work is required
Knowledge of buffing, cleaning, and window tinting techniques is preferred
Familiarity with car wash operations is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
