Your tasks

  • Your mission: Ensure a smooth application process that excites our candidates
  • Your eagle eye for details comes into play as you check the application documents for completeness and independently make a first pre-selection
  • Take control of verbal and written communication with our applicants
  • Use your foreign language skills to attract talented candidates for our departments, e.g. conduct telephone interviews or answer applicant questions
  • Step into the role of application champion and maintain application documents in our system
