WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Administration and operation of the Virtual Desktop System (Citrix / MS) according to agreed VDS processes including release management, patch management, change management, and incident management
Ensuring compliance with defined quality and security standards and taking action in case of deviations
Conducting knowledge transfer and continuously developing knowledge

This position can be filled at the locations Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, Bremen, and St. Leon-Rot.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

Excellent knowledge in technical support, implementation, management, and incident management of virtualization solutions (Citrix, Microsoft, VMWare)
Excellent knowledge in infrastructure technologies and system integration systems, such as Active Directory, O365 Cloud, VPN, and network/firewall
Proactive involvement in innovative solutions for the realignment of Rheinmetall IT's future strategy
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate organizational content to relevant parties
High motivation to learn new IT technologies
