- Align with the Change / Comms / Learning and Experience Team to have oversight of the overall HR Transformation communication.
- Structure internal requests and align priorities with the Director of Strategy and Operations for People & Culture, ensure strong communication and support the decision-making process.
- Monitor the overall health of projects and program within your portfolio; Ensure robust project/program governance.
- Support PMO Lead in multi-year programs.
- Manage Project / Program Portfolio and negotiate program scope definition to ensure a strong project charter.
- Work with program sponsors to prepare for stage-gate and SteerCo meetings.
- Support in establishing reporting structure, harmonized processes, and content.
- Establish, manage, and maintain Program Governance artifacts.
- Identify and manage areas of risk/opportunity and influence and implement continuous improvements to the processes
- Participate in internal projects to ensure outcomes, improve efficiency and methodologies.
- Build bridges between functions and departments to ensure End-to-End processes.
