ANDPADEL, is searching for a full time Padel Coach to manage all levels of youth and adults padel programing in New Jersey.

Part of the position's expectations are to instruct padel to players who are learning about the sport for the first time, adapting to padel from other racquets sports like tennis or squash.

• Develop and implement comprehensive padel training for players of various skill levels.
• Assist beginners on the courts to explain the rules and games of padel.
• Manage the lessons schedule and timings, arranging league matches and running Padel tournaments.
• Drive revenue through lessons, retail and equipment rentals.
• Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to enhance players' technical, tactical, and physical skills.
• Promote matches, games, sportsmanship, and positive attitudes with the players.
• Doing Social media marketing, selling memberships & helping at the front desk.

• Previous experience related to Padel or any other racket sports preferably Tennis or Squash.
• Well organised and enthusiastic with good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt coaching techniques based on individual needs.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Spanish (preferred)
