Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team.

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective pest control solutions.

This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
Develop and implement customized pest control plans to effectively eliminate pests
Install pest control devices and seal off entry points to prevent future infestations
Educate customers on proper sanitation practices and preventive measures
Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

Skills:

Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, products, and equipment
Familiarity with farm machinery, hand tools, power tools, and lawn care equipment
Ability to drive company vehicles to different locations as needed
Excellent problemsolving skills to identify the source of pest issues and develop appropriate solutions
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and explain treatment plans
Sales skills to upsell additional services or products when appropriate
Attention to detail to ensure thorough inspections and accurate documentation
Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and crawl into tight spaces

Pay:
$ $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
