About Your Role:


We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Controller to join our team As such, you will be responsible for the productivity and oversight of the office staff.

This position will report directly to the Senior Management.


Qualifications:


  • Capable of handling sensitive documents and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to create accurate profit and loss statements, cash flow reports and trial balance.
  • Ability to reconcile cash receipts, insurance policy adjustments, Discounts and write off's.
  • Payroll and sales tax filing experience.
  • Ability to create and perform financial data feeds from multiple sources into excel and QuickBooks.
  • Through experience with Excel, using pivot tables, and other analytical tools, import and exporting of data for analysis.
  • Knowledge of current version of QuickBooks, Data Feeds, and all up to date automated features, reducing data entry and coding.
  • Ability to ensure any direct reports are kept busy and capable of tasks assigned.

Overview:


  • Support and Manage various customer accounts.
  • Provide comprehensive and proactive operations support.
  • Interact crossfunctionally with departments, employees, and customers.
  • Assist with special projects assigned by President and Director of Operations.

Executive Assistant

Should have exceptional communications skills, the ability to pay attention to detail and stay organized, and strong interpersonal skills. Because an executive assistant's job is often fast-paced with lots of moving pieces, they should also have good time-management skills and the ability to problem-solve and multitask.

  • Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Determine priority of matters of attention for the CIO; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
  • Keep the CIO advised of timesensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate followup.
  • Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)

Pay:
$ $26.15 per hour
