Janitorial Lead


We are looking for a Janitorial Lead Associate who has experience cleaning large facilities, as well as leading a team of Janitorial associates.

This person will be responsible for cleaning inside and outside the warehouse and assigning responsibilities to associates.


Schedule:
Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm


Location:
Litchfield Park, AZ


Duties:


  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the facility.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms.
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or janitorial work is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, including buffing and floor care.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if required.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Effective communication skills.

From $18.00 per hour
