Good morning, for a property in Ventilla, Madrid, we are requesting a quote, date, and timeline for the following renovation:Bathroom - measurements 2.35 x 1.36
- Remove wall tiles.
- Remove ceramic floor.
- Remove 80l electric water heater with exposed pipes.
- Install new 50l horizontal water heater in false ceiling with trapdoor. This will require removing the existing false ceiling, installing the water heater, and rebuilding the false ceiling.
- Install new wall tiles.
- Install new floor.
- Replace existing shower enclosure and tray with a new 70x90 one, changing its orientation from horizontal to vertical.
- Replace shower faucet.
- Replace toilet and install new one.
- Replace sink and install new one, including faucet.
- Install mirror.
- Relocate water shutoff valves.
- Install plumbing and electrical connections for a new 60cm washing machine in the bathroom.
- Create necessary channels in walls and floor for new drainage pipes when removing old tiles and floor.
We will provide the 50l water heater, tiles, floor, shower enclosure, tray, faucet, washing machine, toilet, sink, and mirror, all in the style of Leroy Merlin.
Plumbing in living room and bedroom- Connect air conditioning drainage to existing plumbing.
- Check and repair two nonfunctioning outlets.
- Relocate TV outlet.
- Install a 8cm false
