For our internationally operating client company, we are looking for an After Sales Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Commercial evaluation of requests for spare parts, repairs, services, or complex tenders/framework contracts
Creation and processing of offers for work delivery contracts, repairs and warranties, or service contracts
Coordination and communication with departments such as repair, disposition, procurement, or legal
Management of internal and external repair processes, including communication with the Federal Quality Control Office (ZtQ)
Calculation of offer prices according to the calculation guidelines
Conducting offer negotiations/discussions with customers
Contract processing with the customer (invoices, delivery documents, etc.)
Interface to accounting, customer, shipping, repair, disposition, export control, legal department, etc.
