The Aachen branch of the Construction and Real Estate Management Agency of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (BLB NRW) is seeking an engineer or architect (m/f/d) with a focus on project management for federal construction projects at the Teveren location as soon as possible.
The BLB NRW is the owner and landlord of almost all properties in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. With around 4,000 buildings, a rental area of approximately 10.3 million square meters, and an annual rental turnover of around 1.5 billion euros, we manage one of the largest and most demanding real estate portfolios in Europe.
