Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Operating Room RN to join our team for an exciting opportunity in Arcata, California. As a Travel OR RN, you'll have the chance to explore the picturesque city of Arcata while using your expertise to contribute to top-tier patient care. If you're ready to embark on a travel assignment in a city known for its natural beauty, outdoor recreation, and vibrant community, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative care, and postoperative monitoring.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety during surgical procedures.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery.
Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for surgical patients.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in California (or compact state) with at least two years of recent Operating Room experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and equipment.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
