    Ultrasound Technologist - PRN - Plano, TX

    We are seeking to hire ultrasound technologists that are patient care oriented, eager to develop their professional skills, and desire the opportunity for growth within our company.

    Roshal's Ultrasound Technologists perform a variety of routine and emergency ultrasound imaging and other sonographic procedures with minimal supervision, requiring independent judgment.


    Ultrasound Technologist Job Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate proficiency in medical diagnostic imaging procedures (OB, general, and vascular).
    • Communicate pertinent clinical information and ultrasound findings to the radiologist.
    • Manage High-Level Disinfection (HLD) procedures and documentation proficiently.
    • Displays effective utilization of PACS systems and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to obtain or enter appropriate care data.

    Ultrasound Technologist Requirements:

    • Minimum one (1) year of ultrasound imaging experience is required.
    • RDMS certification is requiredRVT additional certification is preferred
    • Demonstrate professionalism and practical interpersonal skills in a diverse population.
    • Ability to be self directed and organized to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
    • Must provide proper credential documentation per company, client, and state requirements.
    • Must be current on all vaccinations as required for hospital employment and pass any needed health screenings, including drug and background checks.
    • Must have a current BLS/CPR
