You're going to want to be a part of the Dallas Regional Medical Center Team As a member of Prime Healthcare, we offer incredible opportunities to expand your horizons and be a part of a community dedicated to making a difference. We are a 202- bed acute hospital accredited by the joint Commission that offer a wide range of medical services including 24/7 emergency care, cardiology, wound care, surgical services, cardiac catheterization, and imaging. The hospital is the on Certified Stroke Center, Accredited Chest Pain Center and labor and Delivery unit in the area. In addition, Dallas Regional is the only Trauma Center for 13 miles and was the first accredited Geriatric Emergency Room in Dallas County. The hospital os a recipient of Healthgrades Patient Safety Excellence Awards, 15 Healthgrades Five-Star rating over the past three years.

Responsibilities
Ultrasound Technologist / Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) demonstrates competency in performing all general and vascular ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation. Positions patient and equipment and produces an appropriate recording. The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1. RVT(ARDMS), RVS (CCI) or VS (ARRT) certification required within 90 days of hire and maintain.2. Graduate an accredited vascular ultrasound program or current certification as identified in #1 and graduation within 90 days of hire. 3. Current experience preferred.3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.4. Proficient computer skills.
