About this opportunity
The Training Coordinator position in Ft. Wayne operates with Mentors and Trainees that train at the Terminal Operation in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. This is a two-part job that focuses both on the Mentors themselves, and the Trainees' success. This position is focused on recruiting, growth, and quality of the Driver Training Program.
Schedule
This position is Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

How will you contribute to the success of the team?
- Provide support and handling Driver Trainee and Mentor related issues.
- Checking in new Trainees to the program after they have completed CDL school.
- Work with departments such as Operations, Risk, Recruiting, Safety, and HR as a team player.
- Proactively access training
- Answer questions related to pay, upgrade requirements, performance, and progression.
- Analyze Training metrics and perform reviews to hold Mentors accountable on performance.
- Monitor Trainee progress from pickup to upgrade
- Communicates with all applicable departments regarding mentor performance and expectations.
- Ensure online upgrade lessons are assigned and completed

- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI knowledge.

- Familiarity with AS400 is preferred but not required
