- Monitoring of on site labor, materials, equipment, and construction operations
- Written reporting of operations, measurements and calculations, quantity collations, and appurtenant efforts
- Monitoring and reporting on extra work activities
- Interfacing with clients, residents and businesses affected by the work
- Other related activities as needed
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering or Construction
- Registered Ohio or West Virginia Professional Engineer preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, contract specifications
- Ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors and management
