- Organize and facilitate Engineering and Technical support for Ship Certification processes.
- Manage the routing and approval of certification documents.
- Coordinate daily administration reports and office operations efficiently.
- Ensure Program documentation is up-to-date as per directives.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Preferably, experience in operational submarine and Maintenance Shipyard environments.
- Hands-on experience with Submarine systems and support equipment.
- Familiarity with documentation essential for submarine systems operations and maintenance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
- Comfortable engaging with various levels within military and organizational settings.
- Demonstrated reliability and proactive nature in a dynamic work environment.
