_**JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION:
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR**LOCATION: CENTRAL/NORTHERN INDIANA
OBJECTIVE
At Commercial Contracting Corporation, the Project Administrator is the person on a respective construction project who provides extensive support to the project team.
**_
This position will be onsite at the project location and the work environment will be an industrial automotive production facility or jobsite office trailer.
_**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Daily project reporting.
- Organize daily field reports.
- Daily payroll reporting and new hire processing at the site.
- Provides management of closeout documentation following our internal procedures.
- Keep meeting minutes / signin sheet recording.
- Track extras and tabulate totals.
- Managing overall appearance and cleanliness of office environment.
- Understanding and capability of working in a construction trailer environment.
- Making office supply runs and team meeting lunch runs, as needed.
CORE COMPETENCIES
- Very strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with vendors as the point person for office equipment.
- Previous construction experience a plus. Experience with ProCore a plus.
