    Description

    Assistant Project Manager with Traffic Signal Experience

    We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager with Traffic Signal expertise to join our team in Orange City, FL. This is a Full-time opportunity with great benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, and 401k.

    Salary Range: $50,000 to $75,000 - Based on Experience

    Benefits:

    • Paid Apprenticeship and training opportunities through the 4-year Florida Electrical Apprenticeship & Training (FEAT) program.
    • Paid certifications such as Crane Certification, IMSA, MOT, Traffic Signal Tech Level I, Level II, and Level III. ***Lots of growth opportunities***

    Required Experience:

    • Safe worker with a clean driving record.
    • Strong Communication skills.
    • Ability to read Blueprints.
    • Organized in Administrative Tasks.
    • Good Time Management Skills.
    • Strong Attention to Detail is a Must.
    • Manage Order Materials and Track Material Lead Time & Delivery Dates.
    • Complete Project-specific Utility Locates and Track progress.
    • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and good judgment.
    • Work well within a team or independently.
    • Follow directions thoroughly
    • Complete Tasks assigned by Project Manager promptly.
    • Physically fit to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
    • High School Diploma/ GED Required
    • Prior PMA Role or Traffic Signal Related work history.
    • Above Average Computer Skills (Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, Adobe, Bluebeam, etc.)
    • Experience with I.T.S, Traffic Signalization, Roadway Signing & Highway Lighting
    • Experience with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) construction projects.
    • Capability to move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

    Physical Demands:
    Ability to perform various physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, bending, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 lbs. Also, the ability to sit for prolonged periods.
