    Compensation Analyst - Fort Worth, United States - The Ladders

    Responsibilities
    • Analyze and assess compensation data to ensure it aligns with company objectives and market standards.
    • Collect data from compensation surveys and utilize spreadsheet and data analysis methods to evaluate market trends.
    • Evaluate job roles and conduct market pricing studies to establish suitable salary ranges.
    • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to create and implement compensation programs.
    • Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings from compensation analysis.
    • Create and update job descriptions for all positions within the organization to accurately reflect job duties.
    • Stay updated on compensation trends and regulations to suggest adjustments when necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to compensation.
    • Identify and execute enhancements in compensation processes and tools.
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Solid understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, and regulatory standards.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Compensation Analyst role or similar position.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software.
    • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively work within a team environment.
    Desired Qualifications
    • Pertinent certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP).
    • Background in the construction industry.
    • Familiarity with Sage Timberline and/or Arcoro.
