- Amazon Logistics Specialist will report to the Operations Manager.
- Act as a liaison between Greenworks Outbound departments and Amazon.
- Improve the flow of outbound Amazon logistics utilizing frequent communication with Amazon subject matter experts (SME).
- Notify Outbound leadership of any Amazon shipping guide changes or errors.
- Act as a primary resolution source for Amazon shipping delays.
- Proactively lead improvement efforts in Amazon logistics processes.
- Escalate all Amazon Vendor Central routed freight to proper parties when delays occur.
- Assist in maintaining accurate master data to ensure shipping accuracy when orders are dropped as full truck loads.
- Monitor EDI feed between Amazon and Greenworks to ensure all ARN and ASN transmission are submitted daily.
- Partner with EDI IT team to resolve issues when errors are observed.
- Serve as point of contact for all Greenworks Amazon logistics needs for all 3 Greenworks North America warehouses.
- Manages communication with 3rd party shippers to maintain dock efficiency in accordance with Amazon routing guides.
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
