- Ensure all content from various departments is current within training materials
- Support video and photography projects for Training and other departments as required
- Hourly Training:
- Aid in transitioning hourly orientation content to a digital platform for all positions
- Develop new learning activities and quizzes for digital hourly orientation
- Regularly assess hourly training programs for effectiveness
- Management Training:
- Focus on creating management training content
- Update management training programs with manuals and digital content
- Proficient in technical writing and deductive reasoning
- Translate training goals into effective company-wide campaigns and communications
- Experience in curriculum design and management
- Ability to independently identify and solve problems
- Demonstrated leadership and team building skills
- Analyze information to provide fact-based recommendations
- Adapt writing style to match target audience and purpose
