We are looking for a full-time Team Leader for Benefits Provision (SGB II / Citizen's Income) (m/f/d) at the Jobcenter ARUSO Erding in South Dennis.

>> Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing and leading the benefits team
  • Streamlining and optimizing work processes, including quality assurance
  • Coordinating crossteam processes within the jobcenter
  • Handling complex benefit cases
  • Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries and objections
  • Managing accommodation costs and billing with the Bavarian Center for Family and Social Affairs
  • Processing review requests according to § 44 SGBX
  • Handling cases involving witness protection
  • Managing and supervising the team's employees
>> Requirements:


  • Civil servant (m/f/d) of the 3rd qualification level in the administrative and financial career path, or administrative assistant (m/f/d) or employee (m/f/d) with a relevant professional qualification and several years of experience
  • Strong social skills, especially conflict resolution and communication, with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Confident and resilient
  • Reliable and precise work ethic
  • Knowledge of foreign languages, especially English, is desirable
  • Willingness to be assigned to the jobcenter (a joint institution of the Federal Employment Agency and the district of Erding) while maintaining employment with the district of Erding
