Your profile:


  • Vocational training in HR or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant further education
  • Several years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security laws
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
  • Good judgment
  • Quick comprehension and organizational skills
  • Thorough, systematic, and independent work style
  • Willingness to work and ability to work in a team

Your tasks:


  • Establishing the "HR" department and corresponding structures
  • Recruiting new employees and selecting applicants
  • Preparing employment contracts, references, and other documents
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Organizing training and development measures
  • Conducting feedback discussions
  • Maintaining personnel files
  • Planning and documenting absences
  • Preparing and processing payroll
  • Competently handling internal and external inquiries
  • Communicating with health insurance companies and authorities
