We are seeking a talented Property Success Supervisor who will assist to consistently deliver sparkling clean and well-maintained homes for owners and guests for our luxury vacation property portfolio

Good tech skills are essential to use various software apps efficiently while out in the field. Must possess a working knowledge of basic computer skills such as Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word. Must be able to learn various other SaaS platforms centralized around property revenue and basic accounting. Adaptability, a positive attitude, and sense of humor is vital


Job Duties:

• Assist the Property Success Manager in leading a team dedicated to the overall care of the vacation rental property
• Assist the Property Success Manager in maintaining all communication with our vacation property homeowners.
• Maintain the vacation properties by investigating and resolving owner complaints and requests, enforcing rules of occupancy, pet policies, guest damages, etc.
• Indepth understanding and operational knowledge of your assigned vacation properties.
• Inspect all homes before & after each guest identify any damages or deficiencies and work with Prime Vacations cleaning & maintenance teams to ensure all products are up to our high standards. Correcting this through the work order system and monitoring through until completion.
• Work with our maintenance team on scheduled projects, preventative maintenance, and full functionality of all aspects of the vacation home, as well as its aesthetic value.
• Perform inventory checks on vacation homes to keep it well stocked with supplies as deemed per the home's occupancy.
• Assist the Property Success Manager and the revenue manager to identify gaps, minimums, market trends, opportunities, etc. to meet sales goals.
• Assist the Property Success Manager and the accounting team to ensure correct billing practices and charges identified during our month end process.
• Assist the Property Success Manager and work with our vendor services team to ensure property is kept up to par; pool maintenance, lawn care, trash, recycling, pest control, cleanliness, safety, etc.
• Assist the Property Success Manager to accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for helping to implement and accomplish new and different requests and/or procedures.
• Storm Prep in the event of a storm, work together with Your Vacation maintenance team to ensure the homes are prepared and secure.

Salary:
$45,000.00 per year
