Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Export Area Manager Junior da inserire all'interno del nostro Ufficio Commerciale.
Riportando direttamente al Business Development Manager la figura sarà dedicata, in maniera graduale e via via più indipendente, allo sviluppo dei mercati asiatici (Medio Oriente e Far East). Si cerca una figura in grado di seguire le linee guida dettate dalla Direzione nella gestione dei rapporti commerciali con i clienti, sviluppando nuove opportunità di vendita e mantenendo relazioni a lungo termine con i vari distributori al fine di consolidare una efficiente rete commerciale.
Si offre un piano di crescita strutturato che possa, nel medio periodo, portare il/la candidato/a ad agire nei mercati di riferimento in maniera sempre più indipendente, così da diventare un punto riferimento interno ed esterno per la gestione delle operazioni commerciali in quest'area.
Requisiti fondamentali:
-Disponibilità a viaggiare (fino 50% del tempo);
-Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
-Ottima capacità comunicativa;
-Buona capacità nella gestione diretta dei rapporti
commerciali;
-Ottima conoscenza strumenti informatici di uso comune;
-Capacità di lavorare in team
-Forte capacità di organizzazione e metodo
Completano il profilo:
-Conoscenza di base nel settore delle macchine automatiche;
-Conoscenza di una seconda lingua
-Laurea economia e/o in Ing. Meccanica
Il livello retributivo sarà in linea con il piano di crescita previsto e l'esperienza finora maturata dal/la candidato/a
