This is what your area of responsibility looks like:

You are the central point of contact for our customer complaints and responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily business.

You enjoy monitoring the processing of ongoing complaints, including recalls from manufacturers.
In addition, you drive the planning and implementation of strategic topics and department-specific OKRs.

You always approach your team of 6 people in a professional and motivating manner as a disciplinary and technical leader.

You are responsible for maintaining the personnel level within your team.
You are eager to drive the further development of existing processes in collaboration with internal interfaces.
You are also responsible for conducting the annual inventory of complaints.

What you bring:
You have extensive experience in complaint processing and complaint management in the e-commerce industry.
Ideally, you have practical work experience in customer service.
You have first experience in disciplinary and technical leadership.
You have already worked with ticket systems (Freshworks) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
You have basic knowledge of the merchandise management system Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
You have a lot of perseverance and patience when dealing with persistent customer inquiries.
You work independently, responsibly, and always with a solution-oriented approach.
You are an all-rounder in proactivity, solution orientation, and responsibility.
You have very good German and English skills.
