Responsibilities:
Seeking highly organized Construction Superintendent to manage fast-paced Podium and Retrofit Project in K-town.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of assistant Superintendents and subcontractors.
• Ensure that production schedules, OSHA, SWPPP and quality standards are met daily.
• Monitor production and adjust as necessary to optimize build time efficiency and maintain quality.
• Ensure all city signoffs and requirements are met for each unit.
• Train and mentor production team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Schedule and assign work tasks to daily production workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other trades such as subcontractors, engineering, inspectors, VP of Construction, Operations, and Finance to resolve any production issues or concerns that may arise.
• Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Superintendent for podium projects is a must.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products including Project, Excel and Word.
• Ability to understand the approved plans; including civil, structural, mechanical and architectural.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay:
$150, $180,000.00 per year
