    • $ $20.00/hour

    Schedule

    • Monday - Friday
    • 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (hours may vary at times)

    Responsibilities

    • Phone Communication and Appointment Booking:Execute prompt and professional telephone responses, addressing customer inquiries and efficiently booking appointments for electrical services.
    • Scheduling and Coordination:Organize and manage the daily schedule for electricians, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion of tasks. Dispatch electricians to job sites, considering proximity, skills, and workload.
    • Field Communication:Maintain effective communication with electricians in the field, providing necessary information, and updates, and addressing any concerns to ensure a seamless workflow.
    • Accounting Support:Assist in accounting activities, including precise invoice processing, payment tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records related to customer transactions.
    • Administrative Tasks:Handle various administrative tasks such as meticulous data entry, document management, and ensuring the timely completion of paperwork for service orders.
    • Sales Support:Contribute to sales activities by accurately averaging sales data, tracking closing ratios, and providing insights to improve the sales process.
    • Agreement Renewal Tracking:Monitor and track agreement renewals, ensuring timely follow-up with customers to encourage contract renewals and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
    • Customer Interaction:Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing concerns, providing information, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience.
    • Efficiency and Accuracy:Prioritize accuracy in all tasks, from scheduling appointments to maintaining records, to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaboration and Teamwork:Collaborate with electricians, other CSRs, and relevant departments to enhance overall communication and streamline processes for better customer service.

    Our Hiring Process

    3. If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager.

    Job requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
    • Good computer software skills
    • Prior customer service experience is preferred
    • Demonstrates proficient typing skills.
    • Excels in multitasking scenarios.
    • Pays meticulous attention to detail in customer interactions and data entry tasks.
    • Demonstrates self-motivation, reliability, and adaptability as a valuable team player.
    • Possesses proficient knowledge of Office programs to enhance administrative functions.
    • Quickly adapts and learns new software applications with efficiency.
    • Manages filing and organizational tasks with precision and thoroughness.
    • Handles document scanning responsibilities with a high level of accuracy.
    • Undertakes various administrative duties as required with a proactive approach.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
