    Role Responsibilities:
    • Lead, guide, and support less experienced teachers in your classroom; demonstrate desired behaviors and offer constructive feedback.
    • Take charge of overall classroom management, fostering a safe, caring, and stimulating educational setting.
    • Act as a positive role model, leveraging a growth mindset to cultivate young minds and foster a love for learning.
    • Execute our specialized L.E.A.P. Curriculum, catering to the developmental needs of Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children.
    • Establish a secure, nurturing space where children can both play and learn.
    • Maintain open communication with parents, updating them on their children's latest accomplishments and experiences through various channels such as mobile apps and personal conversations.
    • Contribute to the success of your center by collaborating with staff and management to achieve objectives related to enrollment and participation.
    • Forge connections with families and colleagues to cultivate a lively environment where play and learning seamlessly coexist.

    Qualifications:
    • Preference for 1 year of professional teaching experience, with a minimum requirement of six months of such experience.
    • Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma/GED is required.
    • Demonstrated familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
    • Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
    • Must adhere to state-specific guidelines for the position.
    • Openness to flexible scheduling is a necessity; operational hours are 6:30am-6:30pm.
