Job Overview and SummaryWe're seeking a technical whiz to create centralized applications and databases to simply our complex business.
You will work with business analysts as well as directly with business leaders to ensure thousands of products, customers, and suppliers are managed in a way that is easy, accurate, and efficient.
Or, to put it more simply, convert manual documents and random data into an organized, easy to use application
To accomplish this, you will analyze system requirements, then design, develop and test projects related to Product Information Management, centralized MDM, Operational Metrics, and other business needs that arise.
Key technologies that are currently in use include SQL, C#, Javascript ,JQuery, React, Microsoft PowerApps, Azure SQL, MVC based front-end for SQL databases and Microsoft .
NETTop performers at Springs Window Fashions require little direct guidance but love to collaborate, share ideas, and drive change.
This position requires a sufficient level of experience with application design, a passion for improving existing processes, and a desire to overcome complex technical challenges.
The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of UI/UX Design and understand how to work with end users to develop intuitive and easy to use interfaces.
The Developer – MDM Applications is responsible for developing programs to make management of key business data for Springs Window Fashions easy and efficient through design and creation of data management applications.
This role will support internal staff in multiple areas, including customer service, engineering, product management, procurement, operations, as well as be a key contributor within the IT and Product Configuration teams.
Job ResponisbilitiesEducation and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related business field required.
Minimum 3-5 years of Development experience with a SQL/.NET emphasis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, implementing, and actively managing database driven solutions SQL Server databases with various front-end experiences such as PowerApps, .NET/Web Applications based on MVC framework.
Strong knowledge and experience with requirement analysis to define scope and system boundaries, recommend alternative methods to achieve complex technical system requirements and estimate resource implications of requirements at a high level
Looks for innovative ways to streamline work processes across the organization by leveraging technical capabilities and defining application development best practices
Accountable for delivering quality work while meeting project deadlines
Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
