SUMMARY
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for supporting the Community Managers and providing professional communication and guidance to the homeowners we serve.
- Responsible in taking inbound calls
- Log all conversations and correspondence within homeowner account
- Process and maintain work orders with follow through to completion
- Assist Community Association Managers with administrative duties
- Homeowner and Vendor correspondence
- Issuing of keys, pools passes, parking stickers, etc.
- Maintain association documents
- Other duties as assigned
GENERAL DUTIES AND PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience in conflict resolution.
- Ability to work in a very fast pace environment.
- Selfmotivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
