Assistant Community Manager

SUMMARY

The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for supporting the Community Managers and providing professional communication and guidance to the homeowners we serve.


  • Responsible in taking inbound calls
  • Log all conversations and correspondence within homeowner account
  • Process and maintain work orders with follow through to completion
  • Assist Community Association Managers with administrative duties
  • Homeowner and Vendor correspondence
  • Issuing of keys, pools passes, parking stickers, etc.
  • Maintain association documents
  • Other duties as assigned

GENERAL DUTIES AND PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience in conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work in a very fast pace environment.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
