- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs
- Carry out physician orders
- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs
- Provide respiratory and ventilator management and monitoring for patients
- Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems
- Instruct and educate patients and families.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree nursing program
- Current RN License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Must have recent ER experience in an acute care setting

Description
We are searching for a dedicated RN to deliver vital care to patients in our ER department . As a specialized nurse, you will be highly trained to treat patients who have suffered strokes, heart attacks, or undergone invasive surgery.
You will perform a range of tasks including performing diagnostic tests, conducting follow-up visits, monitoring patient recovery, and responding to medical emergencies. In addition to having a highly analytical mindset, our ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities
**This is for a permanent position - SHIFT: Full-time, Day & Night shifts needed (rotating weekends)**
**Compensation/Salary range $29.07/hr - $40.58/hr based on experience – sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance offered**
Qualifications/Education:
RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date)
